Originally from Bagley, Minnesota, I’ve spent the past 12 years living and working in Fargo, North Dakota. I hold a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design and a Bachelor of Arts in Photography from Minnesota State University Moorhead (MSUM).
My career began with roles as a Marketing Manager at Rocking Horse Farm and a Graphic Designer at The Promersberger Company. For the past three years, I’ve led the marketing department at Magnum Electric, overseeing and implementing creative strategy for both the electrical contracting company and its affiliated trade school. I also continue to take on freelance projects in graphic design and photography, keeping my creative practice broad and hands-on.
I’m driven by a passion for generating innovative ideas and transforming them into engaging visual solutions. I thrive in fast-paced environments that challenge me creatively and offer a variety of projects. While I work well independently, I also enjoy collaborating with other creatives and exchanging ideas and inspiration. A true creative at heart, I can wear many “hats” and value roles that allow for versatility and exploration.
In addition to design, travel has always been a source of inspiration for me—pushing me outside my comfort zone and helping me bring fresh perspective to my work. I also briefly returned to MSUM to teach Intro to Graphic Design, sharing my knowledge and supporting the next generation of creatives.
